Class Portraits Series Two

Nina - South Africa/Nature/Landscapes - Having the subject in focus and the background out of focus to create a scene with depth like many landscape images.

Liberty - Mysterious - Cropped out the face to create a strange and abnormal scene that is foreboding. Edited to black and white.

Bella - Textures - Close up and focused on subject to show depth and richness in subject to exaggerate texture in hair. Black and white setting eliminates distracting colors to place an emphasis on the texture.

Olivia - 1906s Glam - Centered subject with a focus on the face with editing to emphasize the different tones of grey.

Alex - Textures and Patterns - White background and muted colors to emphasize the different textures and tones. Purposely not centered to show texture of white wall and space.

Sam - Figures in Scenes - Took portrait with white background and found scene online, then overlayed portrait on landscape and erased white background.
